Privacy Policy
How we handle information you share with us through this website.
Last updated: July 23, 2026
Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to Pro Arts Dental Laboratories (“Pro Arts,” “we,” “us”) and the website at proartsdental.com. Pro Arts is a business-to-business dental laboratory that serves dental practices; this website is an informational and contact resource for dental professionals.
Information We Collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. We may collect:
- Information you provide. When you submit a contact, inquiry, or account form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, dental practice or office, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
- Limited technical information. Like most websites, our host may log standard technical data (such as browser type and pages viewed). We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (see “Cookies & analytics” below).
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about cases, accounts, and services.
- To provide, operate, and improve our laboratory services and this website.
- To keep records for legitimate business, accounting, and legal purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and business (for example, our website host and, on our Contact page, an embedded Google Map), and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use this site (for example, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked). Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and collects information such as your browser type, the pages you view, and your IP address, which Google uses to estimate your general location. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not run advertising or remarketing on this website.
We have configured Google Analytics to limit data sharing with other Google products and services, and we do not enable advertising-personalization features. We do not control how Google itself processes or retains the data it collects. You can learn more at Google’s Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on any site using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is no common industry standard for how sites must respond to DNT signals, and this site does not currently respond to DNT signals.
However, this site does honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC opt-out signal, we do not load Google Analytics for your visit at all.
Data Retention
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet business and legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices & California Privacy Rights
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email proartsdental@gmail.com or call (626) 333-3531.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site, including serving the site over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why patient health information should never be sent through this website (see the notice above).
Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party websites and social profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
Children
This website is directed to dental professionals and is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
