Complete Dentures
Every conventional denture we make is processed in heat-cured Diamond D high-impact acrylic, with Pro-Flex available for monomer-sensitive patients. Cases move at your pace through wax bite, try-in, and final processing, with one try-in and one re-try-in included. Immediate dentures can run straight to finish, or add a wax bite or try-in at your request.

The conventional standard: heat-cured high-impact base with balanced occlusion and custom shade and mould selection. Economy teeth included; tooth and acrylic upgrades available.

Pro-Flex Semi-Flexible Dentures
A monomer-free, semi-flexible base for acrylic-sensitive patients and for anatomy that won’t tolerate a rigid base. Call us if you’re weighing it against a conventional heat-cured base.

Metal-Palate Dentures
A complete upper denture with a cast chrome-cobalt palate in place of acrylic. The cast metal runs much thinner than an acrylic palate, leaving more tongue room for speech, and it conducts hot and cold, so the patient keeps a more natural sense of food temperature. It is also rigid and fracture-resistant where acrylic palates crack.

Immediate Dentures
Fabricated before the teeth are extracted, so it can be placed at the extraction visit while the patient heals. Runs straight to finish by default (request a wax bite or try-in if you want one), with the reline planned as tissue remodels.

Digital Dentures
We design digital dentures in CAD, from your scan or from the patient’s existing denture on the reline pathway, and finish them in three tiers, from printed economy to a milled VITA VIONIC base, plus a printed digital try-in. Every design stays on file, so a spare or replacement can be produced without new impressions.

Flexible & Specialty Partials
Our flexible partials run on TCS’s metal-free thermoplastics: Unbreakable nylon, iFlex polyolefin, and Karadent, available in both pink and clear. They’re definitive partials, not immediates: flexible materials can’t be relined or rebased predictably, so the ridge should be fully healed before the case starts (TCS specifies 8–10 weeks after extraction). An acrylic stayplate carries the patient through healing, maintaining esthetics and holding space until the definitive partial is delivered.

Metal-free nylon partials in TCS Unbreakable: lightweight, with tissue-shade clasps instead of visible metal, and well tolerated by patients sensitive to acrylic. Bilateral or unilateral. If your office prescribes “a Valplast,” this is our nylon.

Stayplates (Flippers)
We build acrylic stayplates for immediate esthetics between extraction and definitive treatment: easy to adjust, and easy to add a tooth or clasp to as treatment progresses.
Acrylic Stayplates
Interim partials for immediate esthetics. The base configuration includes up to 5 teeth and 2 clasps; additional teeth can be added to any stayplate, and larger cases are quoted as dentures. Clasps are wrought stainless-steel wire as standard, the more durable choice, with gum-shade acrylic clasps available where a visible wire would bother the patient.

Repairs, Relines & Rebases
We run separate repair and reline services for each material: acrylic, TCS flexible thermoplastics, and cast-metal frameworks each follow their own workflow, so turnaround varies from 1 to 6 business days depending on what arrives. Rush service is available on most of this work; call the lab to arrange it before sending the case.

Teeth
An economy tooth set is included with every case. Premium tooth lines (VITA, Kulzer, and Portrait IPN) are available as an upgrade on any denture, partial, or stayplate.
Acrylic
Diamond D high-impact acrylic is the base on every conventional case, with Pro-Flex available for monomer-sensitive patients.
Reinforcement
Metal reinforcement embedded in the base protects an acrylic denture or partial against fracture, worth specifying for heavy occlusion or a history of breaks. Two tiers:
- Prefabricated wire or mesh, set into the acrylic during processing
- Custom mesh, designed to the arch and cast in chrome-cobalt like our partial frameworks

All restorations are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship when fabricated to your specifications, from the delivery date. Coverage is repair or replacement at our discretion; it does not extend to patient misuse, accident, anatomical changes, parafunctional habits, or work altered elsewhere.
Common Questions
Flexible or cast metal: which partial should I prescribe?
- Cast metal (chrome-cobalt or Vitallium): when you need rests, rigidity, and long-term stability.
- Flexible (TCS Unbreakable, iFlex): when esthetics lead, clasps would show, or the patient refuses metal.
- Combination framework: when you want both: cast-framework support and durability, with tissue-shade flexible clasps where they would show.
What can be upgraded on a denture or partial?
Teeth, acrylic, and reinforcement, on any removable. Economy tooth sets are included with every case; premium tooth lines (VITA, Kulzer, Portrait IPN) are available as an upgrade. Bases run Diamond D high-impact acrylic as standard, and acrylic bases can be reinforced with a prefabricated wire or mesh, or a custom cast chrome-cobalt mesh. How long is my patient without their denture?
As little as one business day. Simple acrylic repairs run 1 business day, a reline-plus-repair combination runs 2, and cleaning and polish runs 1. On duplicate and jump cases the existing denture stays at the lab as little as 1 business day.
Can you add a tooth to an existing partial?
Yes, on acrylic partials, stayplates, cast-metal partials, and flexible partials alike; adding a clasp works the same way. Send the partial with a current impression or model of the arch (a pick-up impression with the partial seated is best) and note the shade. Additions to acrylic run 1 business day and TCS flexible materials (Unbreakable, iFlex) run 4; if the addition has to be cast and soldered to a metal framework, allow up to 6 business days depending on complexity.
Can you reline a Valplast or other flexible partial?
Not in the traditional sense: new material won’t bond to a nylon base predictably, which is also why we build flexible partials on healed ridges. What we can do is a rebase: the teeth and the design stay, and the flexible base is replaced entirely from your new impression, on the rebase timeline published on the removables page. Call with the case and we’ll confirm which is right.
My patient hasn’t worn their partial in a while and it no longer seats. Can you refit it?
Often, yes. Send the partial with a new impression or model and we’ll assess it: minor drift can usually be handled by adjusting the clasps and re-adapting the saddles against the new model. If the teeth have moved beyond what an adjustment can absorb, a technician calls before any work starts to recommend a rebase or a replacement instead.
When is a digital denture the better choice?
When the case may need a spare, a replacement, or a re-do. The design stays on file, so another denture or try-in can be produced from the stored design without new impressions. Call with the case and we’ll confirm the file is available. Beyond that: fit is repeatable from the file, milled teeth wear better than standard acrylic teeth, and the milled base is denser with less residual monomer than a processed base. If the patient has an existing denture, we can often scan or reline our way in without starting over.
How many try-ins are included?
Every conventional removable case includes one try-in and one re-try-in; immediate dentures run straight to finish by default, though you can request a wax bite or try-in on the slip. Additional re-tries and shade changes after approval carry a small fee, listed on the fee schedule.
