By accessing or using proartsdental.com (the “Site”), operated by Pro Arts Dental Laboratories (“Pro Arts,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided as an informational and contact resource for dental professionals. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

Patient Health Information

The Site’s forms and email links are not secure channels for protected health information. Do not submit patient names, records, radiographs, or scans through the Site; case materials travel through your scanner’s portal or by arrangement with the lab. Information submitted through the Site in violation of this section is handled per our Privacy Policy, but we cannot accept responsibility for its transmission security.

Digital Lab Slip Tool

The Digital Lab Slip runs entirely in your browser: it does not store what you enter, and closing the page clears it. The one value it may transmit is your office ZIP code, sent to a postal-lookup service to estimate shipping distance — never patient information. The printed or saved slip it produces is a record you create and control; safeguarding any patient information on it is the responsibility of your practice. The tool is provided “as is,” as part of the Site.

Not Clinical Advice

Content on this Site, including descriptions of materials, restorations, and workflows, is general technical information for licensed dental professionals. It is not clinical, medical, or dental advice and is not a substitute for the professional judgment of the treating dentist, who remains solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by or licensed to Pro Arts and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our permission, except for ordinary personal or internal professional reference.
